Eligibility to Use Our Services

1. Minimum Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. For minors using our platform, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

2. Compliance with Turkey Laws:

Users are expected to follow Turkey road safety and public behavior laws while using our services. Any misuse or illegal activities will result in immediate suspension of service and may be reported to authorities.

3. Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is deemed your responsibility, so ensure your credentials are secure.

Using C2CRide Services

1. Booking Process:

Users can book rides, rentals, or additional services through the app/portal. Confirmations are sent via the registered contact details. Ensure accuracy in pickup and drop-off locations to avoid delays or cancellations.

2. Payment Terms:

Payments must be completed before or immediately after the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and in-app wallet systems.
In case of payment failure, you will be notified and required to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation policies vary by service. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within the specified time frame, as mentioned during booking. Late cancellations and no show may incur charges.
Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Obligations of C2CRide

1. Quality Assurance:

We are committed to providing well-maintained vehicles, licensed drivers, and exceptional customer service.
Regular checks are conducted to ensure the quality and safety of our fleet.

2. Customer Support:

Our support team is available 24/7 to address any queries, concerns, or disputes. Reach out to us via email, phone, or the app's help section.

3. Transparency:

Pricing, surcharges, and additional fees are clearly displayed during booking. There are no hidden costs.

Prohibited Activities

1. Misuse of Services:

Users must not engage in activities that may disrupt or damage the platform, such as hacking, unauthorized data access, or reverse engineering.

2. Unlawful Behavior:

Illegal activities such as harassment, abuse, or the transportation of prohibited goods are strictly prohibited.

3. Driver and Passenger Conduct:

Mutual respect is mandatory. Verbal abuse, physical altercations, or any other form of misconduct will result in immediate account suspension.

Termination of Services

1. By C2CRide:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

2. By User:

You may deactivate your account at any time. However, any pending bookings must be completed or canceled prior to deactivation.

Limitations of Liability

1. Service Interruptions:

While we strive for uninterrupted service, technical issues may occasionally occur. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

2. User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for their personal belongings during rides. C2CRide is not liable for items lost or left behind.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email and the app. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

1. Mutual Negotiation:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion within 14 days.

2. Legal Action:

If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

C2C Ride provides licensed passenger transport by luxury motor vehicles, operating across Turkey.
Our services include:
● Fixed Transfers: Pre-defined routes (e.g., airport, hotel, intercity)
● Hourly Chauffeur: Time-based vehicle hire with a trained driver
These can be booked in two ways:
● Instant Ride: On-demand requests for immediate pick-up
● Advance Booking: Scheduled rides for a later time or date

1. Operator & Licensing:

All transportation services offered through the C2C Ride platform are operated under a valid commercial license registered in Turkey. Services are legally operated throughout Turkey.

● Accept full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account

Our Services Explained

1. Transfers

Direct point-to-point rides ideal for:
● Airport drop-offs/pickups
● City travel
● Intercity journeys
Includes:
● 15 minutes complimentary waiting time for regular pickups
● 60 minutes complimentary for airport pickups
Additional charges may apply for:
● Extended waiting time
● Route changes or stopovers
● Special luggage requiring upgraded vehicles

2. Hourly Chauffeur:

Flexible travel within the city on a time-based basis. Great for meetings, errands, or events.
● Minimum booking: 3 hours
● Maximum limit: 14 hours
● Coverage: Unlimited kilometers within the pickup city
Extra charges may apply for:
● Exceeding booked time
● Travel beyond the pickup city
● Prolonged idle or waiting times

3. User Guidelines:

● Keep your login credentials confidential
● Be punctual at the pickup location
● Use our services respectfully and in compliance with local laws
● No smoking, illegal substances, or inappropriate behavior
● Always wear seat belts
● Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully; damage or misconduct may lead to service refusal

4. Pricing & Payment:

● Transparent, fixed pricing shown before booking confirmation
● Additional charges may apply for extra waiting, route changes, or intercity travel (for hourly rides)

● Cash
● Credit/Debit Cards

Booking Types

1. Instant Ride:

● Driver typically arrives within 10 to 15 minutes
● If a driver isn’t assigned within 60 minutes, the booking is auto-cancelled with a full refund
● Cancellations after driver dispatch may incur a fee

2. Advance Booking:

● Must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance
● Can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

●Instant Rides: No fee if cancelled within 5 minutes and a driver hasn't been dispatched
● Advance Bookings: Free cancellation allowed more than 24 hours before pickup

2. Platform-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your ride, the booking will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Refund Process:
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method
● No refunds for missed pickups or cancellations made outside the allowed window
● Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the ride

3. No-Show & Cancellation Policy After Dispatch:

• Once a ride is confirmed and the driver has been dispatched, any cancellation from the client’s side will be treated as a No-Show.
• In such cases, the full ride amount will be charged to the client

4. Customer-Entered Booking Details Disclaimer

• When a customer makes a booking directly through our website and inputs personal or ride details (such as pickup location, time, contact info, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to review and ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
• C2C Ride shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, delays, or missed rides resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer at the time of booking.

5. Code of Conduct & Safety

● Maintain polite and lawful behavior at all times
● Disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe actions may result in booking cancellation by the driver

6. Platform Disclaimer

C2C Ride is a platform that facilitates the booking of licensed passenger transport services by luxury motor vehicles. We are not liable for:
● Delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party issues
● Items lost or left in vehicles
● Any indirect losses beyond the value of the booking itself

7. Service Updates & Modifications

C2C Ride reserves the right to make changes to the platform, its services, or these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of major updates via email, website, or app notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from use of the C2C Ride platform will fall under the jurisdiction of Turkey courts.

Kilometer Usage Policy

- For hourly bookings, the maximum allowance is 60 km per hour.
- For 10-hour bookings, the maximum allowance is 600 km.
- For City Tours (Half Day), the maximum allowance is 300 km.
- For City Tours (Full Day), the maximum allowance is 600 km.
- Any usage exceeding the above-mentioned limits will incur additional charges, which will be applied based on the selected car category.

Entire Agreement
